The initial consultation will take up to one and a half hours. During this, amongst other things, your suitability for hypnotherapy will be established. The main focus of the first session is for me to get to know you and vice versa. If thought appropriate, hypnosis will be used in the first session. The first session will cost £25.

Subsequent consultations, which last up to 1 hour are £40.

A course of hypnotherapy will usually last for three or four sessions but some therapies, such as habit control, can be achieved in just one session after the initial consultation.
